Giovanni Caselli started his career as an illustrator in 1957, and as an international author and creator of educational books, in 1980. Much of his work, still in print, is accessible through the WWW. The thousands of illustrations and the hundreds of books which he has created have been issued by no less than 70 publishers in 25 countries, and have had numerous imitations having generated a style in publishing. Giovanni Caselli owns the electronic rights of all his work, and all world rights for most of his texts and illustrations. His vast picture library is expanding all the time with new and original material by his associates and by his children, both to expand into new areas and to complete already well covered fields of knowledge. New and original pictures - i.e. photographs and digital or traditional illustrations of all kinds - will be produced upon request at a very short notice by Giovanni Caselli and by his associates. Giovanni Caselli's historical photographic collection includes many thousands of slides which very extensively illustratre both his academic field of research in archaeology and anthropology, and his travels through Europe, Asia and Africa. As a scholar's Picture Library, this is no ordinary picture library. All illustrations come -where required- complete with extensive and authoritative explanatory texts.
